mednance is not a party to any job. No money passes through it between a facility and an expert. Experts are responsible for their own licences.

Mednance lists maintenance requests and connects facilities with experts. The facility and expert agree directly on the work, price and payment.

We do not perform or guarantee maintenance work. Each party is responsible for its own work and agreements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that Saudi law does not allow us to exclude.

Provide accurate information and post only on behalf of a facility you may represent. Do not submit patient data or another person's information without authority.

Experts must hold required licences, describe their skills honestly, and use contact details only to respond to the request. Do not harass users or share their contact details without authority.

We may remove requests, restrict or suspend accounts, and grant or withdraw verification to address misuse, inaccurate information or legal requirements. You may ask support to review a decision.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to use the account. Keep access to your account secure.

Saudi law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.

We publish the updated terms and privacy policy here and update the date above. When a new approved version takes effect, we ask you to accept it again before posting, unlocking or closing requests.
