What is visible before unlocking?
The city, device, fault and unlock fee. The district, facility type and photos are withheld. So are the facility name and contact details.
How many experts can unlock a request?
Unlocking is free now, with no limit on experts per request. Each expert can unlock up to 10 requests a day. A request stays open for 72 hours.
Is the job fee paid through the platform?
No money passes through mednance between a facility and an expert. The two agree the job fee directly.
Is my real name shown?
No. Only your username is shown. Your real name is kept for verification and never displayed.
How does a direct request work?
It stays with the chosen expert for 24 hours. Then it becomes an open request.
